You don't need a Gtilde glyph. There is no unicode for it so the standard encoding is a G and a tildecomb. All you need to do is to add a mark feature.2 -

You don’t need to reinvent the wheel with your first typeface. You don’t start with Rachmaninov when you start learning to play piano.3 -
